1. General
This Data Protection Policy (the “Policy”) describes what data TurnAd (the “Service”) processes and how it is used when operating the advertising platform for Telegram Mini Apps.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy.
2. Data we process
Depending on how the Service is used, we may process:
- Telegram identifiers (such as user id) and related profile data provided via the Telegram Mini App;
- technical data about visits, devices, sessions, and UI interactions;
- data about apps, missions, traffic statistics, and partner rewards;
- data needed to support payments, deposits, and withdrawals within the Service.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to:
- provide access to the cabinet and Service features;
- track traffic, missions, and partner rewards;
- protect security and prevent abuse or falsified statistics;
- contact the User for support and Service notices;
- improve the product and analytics in anonymized or aggregated form where applicable.
4. Legal basis and sources
Data comes from the User directly, via Telegram (including Mini App init data), and from use of the Service. Processing is limited to what is needed to perform the agreement with the User and keep the Service operational.
5. Sharing
We may share data with:
- infrastructure and payment providers as needed to run the Service;
- partners for traffic tracking and mission delivery — only to the extent required for that feature;
- competent authorities when required by applicable law.
We do not sell Users’ personal data.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as needed for the processing purposes, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. The Service applies organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.
7. User rights
The User may contact TurnAd support to:
- ask what data about them is processed within the Service;
- request correction of inaccurate data when technically possible;
- request restriction or deletion of data, unless retention is required for lawful grounds or Service security.
8. Third-party services
The Service operates in the Telegram ecosystem and may use third-party infrastructure (hosting, analytics, payments). Processing by those services is governed by their own policies for their respective services.
9. Changes
The Service may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Policy.
