Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between TurnAd (the “Service”) and the user (the “User”) when using the advertising platform for Telegram Mini Apps.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms in full.

2. Subject

The Service provides tools to distribute and promote apps within the Telegram Mini Apps ecosystem, including traffic tracking, missions, partner rewards, and related cabinet features.

3. Account

  • Access to the Service is provided via Telegram.
  • The User is responsible for actions performed through their account.
  • Sharing access with third parties is prohibited if it harms Service security or other users’ rights.

4. Acceptable use

The User must not:

  • publish content that violates applicable law or Telegram rules;
  • bypass Service limits, or falsify traffic and statistics;
  • interfere with the Service, API, or infrastructure;
  • use the Service for spam, fraud, or harmful activity.

5. Payments and rewards

PTS are divided into main and bonus balances. Main PTS can be exchanged for GRAM; bonus PTS are intended only for promotion and cannot be withdrawn. When app funds are returned, main PTS return to the account and bonus PTS are burned. The fee for depositing and withdrawing main PTS is 5%; the minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of 1 GRAM before the fee.

Deposits, withdrawals, and partner rewards follow the rules shown in the Service UI at the time of the operation. The Service may update rates and reward terms with notice to the User.

6. Intellectual property

UI elements, trademarks, texts, and software of the Service belong to TurnAd. The User does not receive rights to use them outside the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. TurnAd does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for losses caused by third parties, Telegram outages, TON/GRAM network issues, or the User’s own actions.

8. Changes

The Service may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
